FREE-Z engine radiators

FREE-Z engine radiators are designed to prevent overheating of the engine during its use. Excess heat produced by the engine is dispersed through the coolant and as a result the temperature stays around 85-90°C. Radiator is the most important part in effectiveness of engine cooling system.

FREE-Z engine radiators - main design features and competitive advantages:

  1. All FREE-Z engine radiators with their technical characteristics comply to OE-details.
  2. FREE-Z heat cores are developed by experienced professionals. They carry out their tests in laboratories under different temperature levels from extremely low ones to extremely high ones.
  3. FREE-Z engine radiators are equipped with improved shape tubes for optimal air flow and maximum heat conduction.
  4. Turbulators are installed inside each tube to increase heat conduction.
  5. All plastic details of the radiator are created from high quality, durable plastic that is resistant to extreme loads.
  6. FREE-Z engine radiators are equipped with special patches from EPDM rubber.
  7. All aluminum parts of the radiator are treated with special anti-corrosion compound.
  8. Each FREE-Z engine radiator is tested for impermeability under pressure. This compulsory test prevents failure of the impermeability during product's use.
